Coaching for Life

Tiger Woods uses a coach to help him get an external perspective on his game, even though Tiger is a much better golfer than his coach.

It is your life to live in any way you choose, but sometimes we get so caught up in life, that we cannot see the answers that lie within us.

The job of a coach is not to tell you how to live your life, or to give you the answers, but to help you look at your challenges, blockages and frustrations from a new per- spective, so the answers become clear to you.

Coaching can be about learning that “Who” you are and “What” you are is good enough. Learning to like who and what you are. It can be about finding all that is within you, all the talents and gifts that have been hidden to the false perceptions we learn about ourselves, such as “I am not good enough, I don’t deserve to be loved or to be successful, Who am I kidding etc etc.

Coaching can be about healing all the wounds we carry from our past, right back to the day we arrived in this world. Learning to express the anger, the pain and the sadness and the fear, as well as learning to express love, joy and happiness.

Coaching can be about being held accountable for the commitments we make to ourselves.
