Our Coaches

"I help people with the blockages in their life, that are stopping them from having all the health, wealth, happiness and relationships they want."

Chris Tazreiter was born in Austria, and came to Australia as a child. He has lived in Canberra for 38 years and has experienced the highest highs and the lowest lows in life. The joys of being a father to a blended family of 11 children, the challenges of building several successful small businesses from scratch, the pain of nursing his mother while she was dying of cancer, and the heartache of a failed marriage.

Yet it is those lessons and experiences that have led Chris to coaching and mentoring others, through their own life lessons and experiences.

Chris has been coached and trained by Australia’s preeminent personal development teacher and trainer, Paul Blackburn from Beyond Success. Chris has worked with the Beyond Success material for close to 20 years.

“I am a coach...! I help people find all that is within. Their skills, talents and abilities. I want to help people learn to love their life. I help people with the blockages in their life, that are stopping them from having all the health, wealth, happiness and relationships they want.

I work with ordinary people to find their answers and achieve extraordinary things. I help them to find the triggers and the programs that are causing stress in their life, and teach them the skills to deal with them.

Karen Tazreiter is the mother of a blended family of 11 children. She has always adopted an attitude of doing “Whatever it takes” to get the job done. People look at Karen and ask “How do you manage to fit it all in?”

She has not only run a successful retail business on her own, worked in a demanding full time public sector executive position and undertaken tertiary studies, but is also a happy and successful mother of a large family.

Together with her husband Chris, Karen has made coaching and mentoring others through the challenges that life throws their way on a daily basis, her ongoing mission and focus. Many women, and particularly mothers, struggle with their self worth, and the purpose of their life. Karen’s role as a coach is to help them learn how to create a life full of passion, purpose, and fun.

As a coach and mentor, Karen helps people reconnect with themselves first, then with their partner, their children, and often with their parents.

Many women believe they have to choose between a family and a career, that it is too difficult to do both successfully. Karen can show them that they can have either or both, and how to have exactly the life they want.
