Balancing all that we do whilst also being a woman is challenging. In today’s busy environment we need to discover ways in which to help ourselves find that balance and keep whole. This workshop will help you walk that journey!
The Total Wellness for Women Workshop is an informative and educational program covering areas such as beliefs and values, body image, body shape, cravings, emotions, stress, hormones, medication, time management, goals, nutrition and exercise.
Karen will cover the emotional link to our physical reactions.
We live in a fast paced world where we overload our mind, body and soul on a daily basis. Karen will show you how to nurture a high level of physical, mental and emotional resilience enabling you to live life to your full potential.
The way we act, talk and think combined with our attitude, mood and behavior all contribute to create the life we live, and this affects everyone that we share that life with from our family, our friends and even the postman.
Karen will teach you how to recognize and understand your emotions. How they affect your everyday life, learn more proactive and natural solutions to everyday challenges that seem to slow you down and empower you with the information to stay happy, healthy and fabulous.
